Job Overview
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead field operations, support commercial roofing teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical roofing knowledge and a passion for developing people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily commercial roofing service operations across multiple job sites

  • Oversee scheduling, inspections, and completion of commercial roofing projects

  • Serve as the primary leader for field teams, providing direction, coaching, and support

  • Ensure all roofing work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

  • Maintain strong customer service communication with clients throughout each project lifecycle

  • Act as a leader in resolving field issues and ensuring timely service execution

  • Develop and mentor roofing technicians and field staff to strengthen team performance

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth roofing service operations

  • Reinforce safety protocols and compliance on all commercial roofing job sites

Requirements
  • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a roofing or construction environment

  • Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights regularly

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead teams effectively

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service in field operations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced roofing environment

Work Environment
  • This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

  • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.

Driving
