Position SummaryThis apprentice level role is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a practical, team-focused environment. You’ll assist with day-to-day tasks under the guidance of experienced team members while building foundational skills and confidence in your craft.
This part-time, onsite position is based in Gig Harbor, WA, and is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and cares about quality and safe work practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with assigned tasks and follow established procedures and safety expectations
Learn through on-the-job training and apply feedback to improve performance
Support daily operations by preparing materials, organizing work areas, and completing routine assignments
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
Communicate clearly with supervisors and peers to ensure tasks are completed accurately
Willingness to learn and follow direction in a structured, team-based setting
Ability to work onsite in Gig Harbor, WA as scheduled for part-time hours
