Job description

Position Overview

As an Experienced Shingler, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing residential roofing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and supporting the crew lead. You will work as part of a team to complete roofing projects efficiently and safely while maintaining a professional presence on job sites.

Pay is done Piece Rate and the Journey Man rate is 47/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems including composition shingles, shake, and flat roofs
  • Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
  • Follow direction from lead shingler/foreman to complete projects on schedule
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials
  • Identify potential issues and communicate with crew lead
  • Provide professional and respectful interaction with customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of roofing/shingling experience
  • Strong knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and installation techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
  • Dependable with strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills

  • Based out of Wilsonville, OR

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – finish
  • Weekend work as needed
