2026-066 2nd shift ASRS Frame Rails


Seeking a dedicated operator with automated storage and retrieval systems experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The ASRS Operator is responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems within the plant. This role ensures system reliability, coordinates troubleshooting efforts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned.

  • Monitor daily ASRS operations to ensure system uptime and optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on ASRS equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to ASRS.
  • Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements.
  • Train warehouse staff on ASRS usage, safety protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, system issues, and resolutions.
  • Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all ASRS-related activities.


Schedule: This role will primarily work 3:00PM – 11:30PM Monday to Friday may require flexibility as needed for training and projects.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in industrial automation or related technical fields.
  • 2+ years of experience working with automated warehouse systems or industrial automation.
  • Proficiency with ASRS software, controls, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and software documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to system emergencies as needed.
  • Standard work hours with occasional evening/weekend availability as assigned
  • Must be a US Person as defined by ITAR/EAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or any individual who is granted status as a “protected person” . Under the export control regulations, a “U.S. person” (22 C.F.R. § 120.15; 15 C.F.R. § 772.1) is someone who is: 1) a U.S. citizen (whether born or naturalized); 2) a lawful permanent resident of the United States (e.g., “green card” holders); or 3) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. (e.g., political refugees, political asylum holders, etc.)
  • Highly proficient in Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and ability to learn new software tools.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) integration.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial networking.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Reliable and diligent with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards in quality.
