Cold Forming Department Associate
Location: Peru, IL
Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM
Long-Term Opportunity / Full-Time
Overview: Join a highly skilled manufacturing team in the Cold Forming Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a team-oriented environment. Youโ€™ll support daily production operations and contribute to the quality and efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and assist with cold forming machinery and equipment
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
