Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing new Client relationship through cold calls, networking and strategic sales activity. The BDM will be responsible for developing relationships with hiring managers, directors, on-site vendor managers and HR managers. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven business development background within the staffing industry.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling contract, contract to hire and direct hire staffing solutions to clients on a regional and/or national basis.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
 Penetrating mid-size clients for new business thru cold calling or referral network.
 Compiling sales leads and maintain consistent pipeline of prospective business
 Secure qualified job requirements from existing and new clients
 Maintain and expand business relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities-A minimum of 0-2 years of selling staffing services, preferably experienced in selling IT and/or Clinical services; Strong commitment to customer service; Strong computer skill including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to multi-task-Great attitude and team player; Successful completion of background screening process;

Education -Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Marketing & Sales
