Day Shift Opportunity | Metal Fabrication Associate | $16.00/Hour + Overtime We're hiring for a Metal Fabrication Associate position in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or machine operation experience who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a productive team. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced shop environment, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do:

  • Cut, grind, drill, and assemble metal components to specifications
  • Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Read measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist with material handling and general shop duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What you need:

  • Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment
  • Ability to read and follow measurements and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
