Your Mission:
Entry-level press brake operator responsible for safely performing basic press brake operations, simple bend setups, and assisting in production. Supports team efficiency and quality through reliable operation and adherence to instructions. Work may include handling steel and other materials.
Explore the Depth of the Role:
  • Perform basic press brake operations on various materials.
  • Set up and operate manual or CNC press brakes under supervision.
  • Follow work orders, instructions, and quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining machine and work area cleanliness.
  • Participate in 5S standards and safe working practices.
  • Support higher-level operators as needed.

Requirements
Mission Readiness:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of press brake experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of fabrication and material handling.
  • Forklift and crane certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Basic press brake operation and safety knowledge.
  • Ability to read simple blueprints and work orders.
  • Willingness to learn CNC programming and advanced techniques.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Physical Requirements:
  • May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
  • May lift or carry 50 lbs. Weights exceeding 50 lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.
