What We Offer

  • Monday- Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm

Shifts Available

  • 1st Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

The Role
The Press Brake Operator is responsible for the daily operation of press brakes — setup, bending material to spec, basic maintenance, and keeping equipment clean and running safely.

Responsibilities

  • Daily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations
  • Basic setup and loading of tools
  • Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals
  • Maintain and clean equipment regularly
  • TRUMPF press brake experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment
  • Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
  • Self-motivated and responsive to production requirements
  • Team player who puts the group's success first
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 or older
  • 2 years of fabrication experience preferred
  • 2 years of CNC press brake operation preferred
