We are seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Setup Manager to join our dynamic team in Templeton, MA. In this role, you will oversee the setup and operation of press brake machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the setup of our Amada press brakes, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the setup, calibration, and operation of press brake machines.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for press brake operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and machine maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing preferred.
