Job description

We are looking for a skilled Arcade Technician to join our restaurant team.
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electronic and mechanical gaming equipment. Your goal is to minimize machine downtime and ensure a safe, fun environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic, mechanical, and software issues in arcade games, pinball machines, and redemption equipment.
Preventative Care: Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance (e.g., cleaning machines, testing gameplay, checking power cords).
Installation: Set up, calibrate, and move new games and equipment.
Inventory Management: Track spare parts, order new components, and manage relationships with game vendors.
Guest Support: Assist customers with game operations, ticket issues, or card swiper malfunctions with a friendly attitude.
Safety & Standards: Ensure all machines comply with safety standards and keep a clean, organized workshop.
