Job description

Pinballz Kingdom is a realm of family entertainment. We are looking for people who will support our commitment to providing an excellent customer experience and share our passion for all things FUN! While prior knowledge of pinball machines and video/arcade games is a plus, a desire to learn is even better. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment that will present unique challenges as well as the rewards that come with them.

Job Summary
As a part time arcade attendant, you will assist in daily operations of running the arcade including the register (POS), party planning, cleaning, assisting guests and more while following policies and procedures. Help promote great customer experiences in all aspects of daily operations. An ability to listen and follow directions in a detail oriented environment. We have opening for all shifts with a need for weekend availability. Reliable transportation is required.

Unique Job Requirements
-Must have a minimum of 2 years retail experience/customer service (clothing, specialty, shopping malls, other entertainment facilities, "big box", etc) and cash handling.
-Must adhere to company dress code guidelines.
-Must maintain strong professionalism in order to promote yourself and the company image.
-Must be able to work constructively with staff and customers while maintaining maturity and professionalism.
-Must be able to take direction from arcade managers.
-Enjoy working in an environment where there is a population of children.
-Flexible & open availability preferred (minimum of 3 fulls days of availability required).
-Previous restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus. (Food Handlers License required)
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist in all arcade operations, strong cash handling/register experience.
-Excellemt customer service and phone skills.
-Regular cleaning & restocking.
-Minor machine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting (training is provided, no prior experience needed).
-Minimize the opportunity for theft by consistently maintaining secure cash and other forms of payment control throughout the arcade.
-Promote arcade-wide organization of supplies, merchandise, office areas, arcade floor area and kitchen.
Additional Knowledge and Skill Requirements
-Background in computers and information technology a plus.
-Offer an exceptional level of customer service.
-Must be friendly and communicate effectively with customers and other employees, as well as children and parents.
