What is a typical day for retention specialists?

A retention specialist's day typically involves analyzing customer data to identify at-risk clients, developing strategies to improve customer loyalty, and communicating with customers through calls, emails, or chat. They may analyze feedback from customer service interactions, coordinate with marketing to tailor communication campaigns, and provide insights to sales on customer trends. Regular team meetings and shared performance metrics are common practices to align efforts and measure success.
