The Retention Specialist works closely with the producer to manage daily responsibilities in a fast-paced, sales-driven office environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent phone skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, managing high call volumes, and answering phone calls with a professional, relationship-driven approach that fosters trust and connection. Proficiency with advanced technologyโ€”including operating across four computer screens simultaneouslyโ€”is required. This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career with stability.
