Retail Operations Supervisor

HomeTown Pharmacy is looking for a Retail Operations Supervisor to support all retail store operations by planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing. The Retail Operations Supervisor acts as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and an effective decision maker. This position is directly responsible for the operations of retail pharmacies.

Work Location: Based out of New Era, MI with 80% travel to store locations

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee Retail Store Operations throughout corporation
  • Act as liaison between Senior Management and store employees
  • Analyze and evaluate monthly sales reports for each location
  • Oversee store budgeting (labor, advertising, store inventory, variable expenses)
  • Teach and train store operations managers budgeting aspects/goals
  • Assist with increasing/implementing sales growth
  • Support with annual review process at each location
  • Support with hiring/termination/discipline/placement/advancement of employees
  • Assist with daily employee issues
  • Assist with maintaining a legal and compliant workplace

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum 5 years’ experience in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and computer skills
