1. Lead Café & Product Manager


SnOasis Caribbean Café is seeking an energetic, creative café leader to help operate our new tropical-inspired coffee, breakfast, smoothie, dessert, and frozen beverage concept.
Ideal candidates have experience in:
• Coffee shops
• Smoothie or açaí bowl shops
• Bakeries or donut shops
• Dessert cafés
• Frozen beverage concepts
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing coffee and frozen drinks
• Managing prep and product quality
• Assisting with menu ideas and presentation
• Training staff
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Delivering excellent customer service
We are looking for someone upbeat, organized, fast-moving, and passionate about food, beverages, and hospitality.

2. Operations & Shift Manager
