Job description

We are seeking an awesome energetic Retail Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of retail sales workers
  • Make bi weekly schedules for staff
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees 
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve customer complaints 
  • Create product order sheet, and facilitate placing orders with vendors
  • Problem solving on multiple levels

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, and sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities in and out of work
  • Very responsible and dependable
  • Reliable transportation
