Job Summary

Turn Auburn pride into an unforgettable retail experience. As Director of Retail, you will lead the strategy and execution of retail operations across the location, will oversee merchandising, inventory, financial performance, staffing, and event readiness, and will partner with university and Levy leadership to deliver consistent brand standards and strong business results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, merchandising, hospitality, or a related discipline preferred

5+ years of retail management experience, including multi-unit or high-volume operations

Experience managing budgets, inventory, forecasting, and retail financial reporting

Proficiency with point-of-sale, inventory-management, and Microsoft Office systems

Experience with merchandise planning and retail performance reporting

Key Responsibilities

Leads retail strategy and operating standards across the location.

Oversees merchandise planning, inventory, replenishment, and presentation.

Manages retail budgets, forecasts, sales goals, labor, and cost controls.
