They work closely with store managers and other departments to optimize costs, manage inventory, and support sales strategies. Additionally, they often prepare financial reports and advise senior management on financial decisions and strategies.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a retail finance manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Retail Finance Manager, you need strong financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning skills, typically supported by a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in financial modeling tools, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and advanced Excel skills are commonly required, and professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous. Job description

The premier Cadillac dealership in the DMV is looking for its next long-term Finance leader.

Jim Coleman Cadillac is hiring a high-caliber Finance Manager ready to get involved early and often and drive the

store's success and PVR. This is not a pit stop - we're looking for the next long-term face of the Finance

Department, someone who wants to build, produce, and grow with a third-generation, family-run group that's been

the standard in the DMV for over 55 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Structure and finalize retail and lease transactions with speed and accuracy
  • Drive PVR and product penetration - a direct contributor to store profitability
  • Get involved early and often: work the desk and engage deals before they hit the finance office
  • Present F&I products professionally and transparently to Cadillac clientele
  • Secure competitive financing across prime, subprime, lease, and retail
  • Keep every deal accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently through funding
  • Support strong CSI - we expect profitability and customer experience, not one or the other

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven F&I / Finance Manager with a track record of strong PVR and product penetration
  • Proactive with the sales desk and invested in the store's success beyond your office
  • Established lender relationships; experienced across all credit profiles
  • Sharp on F&I compliance and documentation
  • Polished communicator - luxury or high-line experience preferred
  • Looking for a home, not a stop - ready to build your book and your name here for years to come

COMPENSATION

Competitive, performance-based pay with serious earning potential. This store produces - and a Finance

Manager who produces will be rewarded accordingly.

WHY JIM COLEMAN CADILLAC?

Family-run means something here: stability, loyalty, and a real path to grow with a group that invests in its people.

If you're ready to make an immediate impact - and stay to build something - we want to hear from you.
