We are searching for an individual to join our team as ourSr. Retail Finance Representative (Credit & Collections)

This role may be based in Morgan Hill, CA or Salt Lake City, UT

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts and maintaining low DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Providing excellent and prompt customer service to both retail customers and internal teams in person, by phone, email or virtually in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Interact with customers to resolve payment portal issues and outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile customer A/R accounts as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and senior management as necessary on troubled accounts.
  • High volume of phone calls and emails and customer interfacing to collect on delinquencies.
  • Assist in opening new doors for businesses including requesting and analyzing financial statements, recommending credit limits and follow up on collecting receivables in a timely way.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Undergraduate Business degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections and/or credit field.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong customer support background and meticulous attention to details.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meetdeadlinesand understand when to escalate potential issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks according to required deadlines. Flexibility to switch gears with little notice
  • Maintain composure under high stress conditions
  • Ability to be optimistic,positiveand supportive in all interactions with others
  • Proven follow up; not afraid to ask customers for payments.
  • Analyzing financial statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong Excel and Word experience is a must. Oracle experience is preferred.
