Title: Sr Salesforce Business Analyst


Location: San Carlos , CA ( Locals only)


Duration: 12 months , Contract ( W2 Only)


Rate : DOE


Job Description:


In depth understanding of Sales Operations and extensive experience with Salesforce.com for driving Sales Rep productivity and effectiveness.

Looking for the analyst to have Salesforce development experience, but not be a developer.

Experience with Retail Business operations would be a plus, including knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) applications.

Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) applications for presenting KPIs and executive dashboards.

Proven Project Management skills with the ability to lead diverse project teams of both external and internal resources at all levels, and drive for timely and cost effective results.

Ability to understand complex business issues, to identify and evaluate opportunities with the greatest ROI for improvement, and Architect a road map for delivering effective solutions.

Ability to engage and guide the business in weighing competing priorities, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and to work to implement new solutions and provide day to day problem solving and support.

Excellent technical, analytical, and diagnostics skills, and effective problem management skills.

Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, with the knack to tailor method and style to the audience and situation

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

In depth understanding of the ITIL/ITSM framework and Agile development, with certification preferred.

Skills 


Must have Sales Operations and Salesforce.com Sales Rep, Retail Business and POS expertise. 

Expertise with BI and KPIs a plus.
