Job description

You will be part of the Retail Finance team focused on devising and implementing global staffing strategy for Apple's stores globally: over 500 locations across over 20 countries, with operating expenses in excess of $4B. Our work directly impacts the customer experience of Apple globally. The job will entail collaboration with field leadership and a wide set of functional teams, including Store Operations, People, Tax, Compensation, Public Relations, Legal, and AppleCare. The team's work spans strategy design, analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The wide range of cross-functional stakeholders means you will need to influence decisions effectively. You will partner with various groups, handle confidential information, and carry a high level of responsibility and exposure.
Description
As a People Retail Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in staffing Apple's Retail Stores efficiently while ensuring a great employee and customer experience. You will integrate business trends and dynamic staffing strategies into detailed cost models, driving key financial insights for leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with complex financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
Experience managing large datasets and utilizing financial systems to drive operational improvements.
Experience supporting labor strategy, workforce planning, or retail operations.
Ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and leadership.
Experience navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively across various functional teams, including Operations, Real Estate, and Human Resources.
