Description:
McDonald's is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Crew Member to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role is essential to providing a great experience for both customers and crew.
Key Requirements:
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas
  • Ensure floors, windows, equipment, and surfaces are clean and well-maintained
  • Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and properly storing supplies twice weekly
  • Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Support the team by completing maintenance tasks as needed
  • Filter oil fryers daily
  • Removing garbage throughout the shift
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks (change lightbulbs, clean HVAC/Exhaust units and keep roof free of debris)
  • Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
