Job description


We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced restaurant team. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, facilities, and systems are functioning properly to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach to maintenance, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in fryers, grills, refrigeration units, beverage machines, and other restaurant equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or parts replacement when necessary.
  • Assist with minor building repairs, including painting, flooring, and lighting.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacements as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • HVAC Certification (required)
  • EPA Certification (required)
