Restaurant Maintenance Staff Job Description:
The Restaurant Maintenance Staff plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our restaurants interior and exterior spaces. This position is vital to upholding our high standards for cleanliness and appealing aesthetic for our guests.
What You Will Do:
  • Perform high dusting utilizing 15' ladder to reach high areas.
  • Clean windows, floors, tiles and kitchen exhaust hoods utilizing cleaning products and chemicals safely.
  • Buff and wax flooring utilizing 20lb floor buffer and waxer.
  • Brush and clean chairs and lamps following company processes and specified products.
  • Move tables and chairs, carpets, hutches, bus boxes to clean floors, ledges and behind/under furniture.
  • Utilize gasoline powered leaf blower to maintain exterior and parking areas.

About You:
  • Minimum 1 year experience performing janitorial duties or general maintenance.
  • Able and willing to perform specific job duties that require climbing 15' ladder.
  • Basic knowledge and ability to safely operate cleaning and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and have a positive attitude.
  • Able to lift and carry 40lbs, climb, walk, stand, bend, reach and stoop throughout full shift.
