Respite Care Provider

Job Description

Do you love helping people?! We are in need of a respite care provider to work with young children to adult age individuals. Respite is a much needed service that provides a temporary, intermittent break in caregiving for the primary caregiver.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide companionship, encouragement, and a safe setting for the individual receiving services.
  • Assists with basic needs such as meal preparation, participating in activities, and other activities that are fundamental for daily life.
  • Provides transportation, as needed to community events.
  • Completes required service documentation

Qualifications:

-At least 18 years of age

- Able to work evenings and weekends

-Able to pass a standard background check
