This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Care Provider (Part-Time)
Location: Menomonie
Compensation: $14.13/hr + $0.70/mile
Hours: 16-18 per week
Summary:
Seeking a dependable and caring Respite Provider to transport and supervise a client during out of town appointments. This role requires safe long distance driving, flexible hours, and attentive support.
Responsibilities:
• Drive client to and from out of town appointments
• Provide supervision and support during travel and visits
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being
• Communicate with family and providers as needed
• Keep vehicle/space clean and organized
• Track mileage for reimbursement
Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle for long-distance travel
• Flexible schedule
• Caregiving or related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Calm, responsible in unexpected situations
• Must pass background check and provide references
