Job Description:
Easterseals NH is hiring a Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) to join our Homemakers and Health Services team. As part of our dedicated group of in-home caregivers, you'll have the opportunity each day to bring care, comfort, and a sense of connection to those we serve.
Location: Rochester and surrounding areas
Schedule:
  • Full time 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 1st shift

Compensation: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
The PCSP will support in promoting independence, creating a safe home environment, and provide companionship to clients in a 1:1 home setting.
  • Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
  • Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping
  • Attend and provide support during doctor's appointments
  • Follow each individuals care plan
  • Complete required daily documentation

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience working as a PCSP or caregiver preferred
  • Able to work independently to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of adults
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
