As an Entry Level position, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by addressing and resolving various issues efficiently. The Issue Resolution Specialist will work on diverse projects related to problem-solving, customer service, and process improvement, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

As an integral part of Puget Sound Psychiatric Center, the Issue Resolution Specialist will be responsible for handling and resolving a wide range of issues that may arise within the facility. This role is essential in maintaining a positive experience for both our staff and patients.
