Job description

Tier One Supplier to Hyundai is seeking a new team member!! Company offers great benefits!!!

Schedule:10:30 pm - 6:30 am Sunday - Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage professional relationship with customer while housed in customer assembly plants.
  • Provide knowledge and expertise of manufacturing process to customer.
  • Address quality concerns for all products and minimize impact on customer satisfaction and customer rating
  • Facilitate communication to address customer concerns by leveraging all appropriate resources
  • Be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Conduct initial investigation for all concerns reported at customer assembly plants and provide detailed information to appropriate team members to conduct analysis and root cause the issues.
  • Manage containment of parts at customer assembly plants and provide daily information for containment and cost status.
  • Initiate Problem Resolution for customer concerns and support the problem resolution teams
  • Present six panel reports to customer, follow up on warranty claims, review charge backs and dispute down time when it is need it.
  • Follow up engineering changes, approvals and trials runs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Sr. Quality Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ·BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • ·Requires 5+ years experience.
  • ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
