Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OEM Account Coordinator to support our Hyundai/Kia customer accounts (HMMA, KaGA, HMGMA). This role serves as a key liaison between OEM customers, headquarters (HQ), and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, program coordination, and issue resolution.
Job Description
  • OEM Customer Interface (HMMA / KaGA / HMGMA)
  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers including HMMA, KaGA, and HMGMA
  • - Receive, review, and coordinate customer requests with HQ and internal departments
  • - Ensure smooth communication and execution of customer requirements
  • OEM Purchasing Support (Program / Development Coordination)
  • - Support new vehicle program development schedules in alignment with OEM timelines
  • - Coordinate prototype and sample supply with HQ Sales and Engineering teams
  • - Manage ISIR submission schedules and related documentation with HQ Quality Assurance
  • - Distribute and track customer requests across internal teams
  • OEM Quality Support (Customer & Field Issues)
  • - Respond to customer quality issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • - Lead internal corrective actions related to local operations
  • - Coordinate with HQ on supplier-related quality issues and improvement actions
  • - Support field claim investigations, including part return and analysis
  • - Collaborate with plant teams and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues
  • - Analyze returned parts and provide reports to internal stakeholders
  • - Support quality issue resolution during new model launches
  • Change Management & Reporting
  • - Manage 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and E/O (Engineering Order) changes
  • - Ensure proper customer notification and FIFO control for change implementation
  • - Collect, analyze, and report field claim data to HQ
Qualifications
  • - Must speak Korean
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • - Experience supporting OEM customers (Hyundai/Kia experience strongly preferred)
  • - Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • - Experience with quality processes, change management, or automotive manufacturing is a plus
  • - Proficiency in Excel
