Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Resolution Specialist for a large Distribution Center in Browns Summit.


Job details:
2nd shift position- 4pm-2:30am- Monday-Thursday
Pay rate: $23/hr

We’re looking for a Resolution Specialist to take charge of operational workflows, audit processes, and drive continuous improvements in our fast-paced environment. If you thrive on optimizing systems, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating across teams, this is the role for you!

The Resolution Specialist is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of operations within the Reserve department. By resolving issues, improving processes, and fostering collaboration across teams, this role contributes to achieving operational excellence and meeting customer expectations for timely and accurate order fulfillment.


What You’ll Do
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve operational issues that arise during the picking and putaway processes, including inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment delays, and system errors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance picking and putaway procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. This may involve optimizing workflow, implementing best practices, or utilizing technology solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all picking and putaway activities adhere to quality standards and operational procedures. Monitor and address any quality issues or concerns promptly.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to warehouse staff involved in picking and putaway operations. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to picking and putaway performance, such as throughput rates, error rates, and inventory accuracy. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, inventory control, and IT, to resolve complex issues and implement operational improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for picking and putaway operations. Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
