Join the Body Glove Cruises ohana! We're looking for a friendly, confident Reservationist to help guests book unforgettable ocean experiences.



What You'll Do



  • Help guests book tours by phone, email, and in person
  • Stay calm and friendly with guests who may be rushed, confused, or stressed
  • Use a computer while talking on the phone (basic multitasking)
  • Know our tours, prices, discounts, and policies so you can answer questions accurately
  • Explain important details like check-in times and cancellation policies
  • Solve guest questions/concerns or know when to loop in a supervisor
  • Assist with retail - greeting guests, answering questions, suggesting items, and keeping the shop stocked and tidy
