Your Opportunity: ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Reseller Sales Account Manager to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL to build and grow strategic reseller relationships while driving revenue across our compliance-based products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for new account development as well as expanding existing reseller partnerships through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new reseller accounts while expanding revenue within existing accounts
  • Drive new revenue through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and partner engagement
  • Present solutions, negotiate pricing and terms, and gain commitment on new products, services, and programs
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through a consultative, service-based sales approach
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to both company objectives and reseller business goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support business development initiatives
  • Anticipate customer needs, proactively address issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate
  • Assist with special projects, meetings, and other initiatives as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You Must Have:
  • 5+ years of proven success in sales and pipeline development within a reseller or channel-sales environment
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

We Would Also Prefer:
  • Demonstrated experience onboarding new reseller partners
  • Background in working with reseller, distributor, or channel sales strategies
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven, regulated, or service-based product offerings
  • Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proven skill in motivating and collaborating with stakeholders even when not in a position of direct authority
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities, including tracking and reporting sales metrics
  • Capable of operating with minimal supervision, guided by strategic objectives in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
  • Ability to attend reseller and industry tradeshows as required
