Job Overview: Compression Systems & Services (CSS) North America

The Retail & eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of retail and eCommerce channel programs that support profitable growth and channel compliance. This role serves as the primary operational resource for the company's Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Program, Authorized Online Reseller Program (AORP), and other day-to-day channel support activities. The position works closely with Channel Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Care, Legal, and Distribution partners to ensure consistent policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and positive channel partner experiences.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Program Administration

  • Manage daily administration of the MAP policy and compliance processes.
  • Monitor reported and identified pricing violations across retail and online channels.
  • Coordinate violation investigations, documentation, notifications, and resolution tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of violations, corrective actions, and program performance metrics.
  • Partner with Pricing, Sales, Legal, and channel stakeholders to ensure consistent policy application.
  • Develop regular compliance reporting and insights for leadership review.

Authorized Online Reseller Program (AORP) Management

  • Administer reseller application, approval, onboarding, and renewal processes.
  • Maintain authorized reseller databases, agreements, and program documentation.
  • Monitor reseller adherence to program requirements and marketplace standards.
  • Coordinate communications related to reseller status, program changes, and eligibility requirements.
  • Support audits and reviews of online sellers operating across key marketplaces.

Retail & eCommerce Operations Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for daily retail and eCommerce operational requests from field sales, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resolution of channel issues related to pricing, listings, product setup, content, compliance, and program participation.
  • Support retailer setup and maintenance processes by working with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with retail assortment updates, product transitions, and channel readiness activities.
  • Maintain channel documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and distribute reporting on MAP compliance, reseller activity, retail performance indicators, and operational service metrics.
  • Track and analyze recurring channel issues to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support forecasting, rebate tracking, and program measurement activities as required.
  • Provide operational insights that improve channel execution and partner satisfaction.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and consistency across retail and eCommerce channel operations.
  • Maintain governance processes for channel policies and program administration.
  • Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and digital tools related to channel management.
  • Ensure program compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ Years ExcelSkills:Advanced Formulas and Functions - Using more complex formulas and functions, such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR, etc.Data Analysis
  • 2+ Years experience in ecommerce/and or retail

Preferences:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred. Examples - SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, etc..
  • Performing basic data analysis tasks, such as creating charts and graphs, and using pivot tables.
  • Data Validation - Using data validation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conditional Formatting - Using conditional formatting to highlight specific data patterns.
  • Experience with B2B or B2C distribution. E-Commerce and retail a huge plus.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements This position will be based at our corporate offices in Davidson, NC, with minimal anticipated travel.
