Franklin Interiors is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing Flooring Division. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving profitable sales growth within the commercial flooring market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills who enjoys identifying opportunities, solving customer challenges, and delivering outstanding service.What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned markets and territories.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial flooring opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, facility managers, and end users.
  • Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide accurate information to support project management, order processing, installation, and invoicing activities.
  • Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records.
  • Participate in networking events, industry organizations, and business development activities.
