Job Description Title: Flooring Consultant (Sales) - Bucks/ Montgomery County, PA Overview: Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Flooring Consultant to join their team in the Bucks/ Montgomery County, PA area. As an Flooring Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the area. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending appropriate flooring solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the flooring products and services offered by our client. Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques. Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their flooring needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver accurate estimates.

Create and present customized flooring solutions that meet the client's budget, style preferences, and functional requirements. Follow up with leads and clients in a timely manner to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales. Qualifications: Previous in home sales experience within the Home Services industry - Flooring, Windows, Doors, Roofing, Blinds, etc..

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
