Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to join our North America team. This role requiresmaintainingdeep productexpertisein assigned Oracle financial reporting solutions toassistsellers in landing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein Oracle financial ecosystems - including Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite), or Oracle Fusion - and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into business value. This position is a full-time remote role and reports into the Division VP - ProductSalesSpecialists.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise and Co-SellMotion

  • Maintain deep productexpertisein assigned Oracle financial reporting and data management solutions, with a focus on Oracle-based environments

  • Promote assigned product(s) through focused solutions presentations to drive land and expand opportunities

  • Engage proactively in the sales process when opportunities areidentifiedby BDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager teams

  • Provide technical and functional support during solution design and proposal development

  • Reviewterritories of prospects and clients for potential Oracle reporting product fits and proactivelybringthose opportunities to their Account Executive or Account Manager partners

  • Support Solutions Engineers during product demonstrations by providing Oracle domainexpertiseand functional context for finance and accounting teams

Financial Systems & Migrations

  • Lead assessment of legacy financial reporting systems and execute migration strategies, withparticular expertisein Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle Fusion environments

  • Support customers transitioning from legacy Oracle ERP or financial reporting platforms to modern reporting solutions

  • Develop migration roadmaps that minimize business disruption while maximizing product adoption

  • Provideexpertisein financial reporting within Oraclearchitectures

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with BDRs, AEs, and AMs during qualification of new opportunities, particularly those with Oracle ERP footprints

  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to deliver value propositions andvalidateproduct fit for Oracle-centric customers

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers toidentifyadditionaluse cases and drive expansion within existing accounts

  • Support Solutions Engineers in providing comprehensive Oracle functional and technicalexpertise

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Deepexpertisein one or more Oracle platforms: Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite), or Oracle Fusion

  • Strong understanding of Oracle financial systems architecture, data models, and reporting limitations

  • Experience with financial reporting solutions built on or integrated with Oracle environments, including management reporting and regulatory reporting

  • Familiarity with financial data governance, controls, and audit requirements in Oracle-based environments

Business Acumen

  • Understanding of finance and accounting business processes - including month-end close and variance analysis - as executed within Oracle platforms

  • Ability to speak the language of CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors who rely on Oracle financial systems

  • Experience articulating ROI and business value for financial reporting transformation initiatives involving Oracle migrations or upgrades

  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (SOX, IFRS, GAAP) as they apply to Oracle reporting environments

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting systems or related roles - with hands-on Oracle experiencerequired

  • Proventrack recordsupporting enterprise software sales cycles involving Oracle ERP customers

  • Experience with complex B2B sales processes in financial technology, ideally with Oracle as the underlying ERP

  • Background in consulting, implementation, or product management for Oracle financial reporting solutions preferred

Soft Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to translate Oracle technical capabilities into business outcomes

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in an overlay quota-carrying role

  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certification(s) in Cloud Financials, EBS, or Fusion (strongly preferred)

  • Direct experience with Oracle-to-cloud migration projects

  • Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), or Smart View

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 124,000.00 to 156,000.00 USD Annual.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
