Now Hiring: Remarketing Repossession Manager – Auto Finance | Addison, TX
CornerStone Staffing is recruiting an experienced Remarketing Repossession Manager for a growing auto finance company in the Addison, TX area. This is a high-impact, full-time direct hire position ideal for a candidate who excels in recovery strategies, vendor management, and driving bottom-line performance.

Location: Addison, TX | 100% Onsite
Pay: $65,000 – $80,000/year (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Business Hours
Type: Direct Hire – W2

What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee the repossession process from assignment to recovery
• Manage relationships with third-party repo vendors and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline asset recovery and remarketing timelines
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive repo efficiency and vehicle liquidation outcomes
• Lead a small team or collaborate cross-functionally on high-volume portfolios
• Ensure repossession practices follow legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards

Qualifications: (Must have to be considered)
• 3 to 5 years experience in auto finance, vehicle repossession and remarketing
• 2+ years strong understanding of collateral recovery processes and vendor oversight
• 3+ years in leadership position
• Working knowledge of recovery management systems and repo compliance laws
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
