About the Role:
Capital Credit LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Repossession Coordinator to join our team in Franklin, TN. In this fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in managing the repossession process from start to finish, working alongside a dedicated team committed to efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end vehicle repossession process in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicate with repossession agents, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate timely asset recovery
  • Track and update repossession orders, statuses, and documentation in internal systems
  • Ensure proper handling of redemption requirements,
  • Liaise with auction houses and storage facilities for vehicle disposition
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on repossession activity and outcomes
  • Resolve disputes and escalated issues related to collateral recovery professionally and promptly
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in repossession, collections, auto finance, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of repossession laws, compliance standards, and FDCPA guidelines
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management or collections software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
