As an InsightsAssociateProgram Manager supporting the business, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world.You will work with a high-caliber, passionate team to lead high-impact projects and scaledata-driven insightsthat enableour sales teams to unlock customer value. 

In this role, you will be responsible for taking the LinkedIn dataset and using it to buildand maintainscalable insights solutions to support the business. You will start with the tools we've already created and dive deep onhow we can automate, optimize, andimprove upon them further.You will resolve any end-user challenges and ensure that they are able to use our internal tools effectively and reliably. 

Responsibilities

  • Leverage LinkedIn's unique dataused to powerinnovative tools to address businesschallenges. 
  • Write SQL/Presto/Trino/Sparkqueries to extract the necessary data and leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau to present theinformation. 
  • Take existing queriesor narratives andoptimizethem to run more efficiently/consistently while building in automated checks and controls to proactively flag anyproblems. 
  • Handle incoming support requests to ensure our end users experience is bug-free andefficient. 
  • Experiment with and implement enhancements to various internal data tools to improve usefulness for the broaderteam. 
  • Build cross-functional momentum for operational improvements and partner effectively with otherteams. 
  • Evangelize the use of data in sales and represent the voice of ourcustomers. 
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis 
  • 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel (Microsoft suite) 
  • 3+ years working with SQL and data visualization tools to query large data-sets (e.g.Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, Tableau, etc.) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree 
  • Experience with data storytelling, turning data into insights and presenting to internal and/or externalstakeholders 
  • Experience with product,data engineering, or sales analytics and/or data science 
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technicalaudiences. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence withoutauthority. 
  • Experience with project management & managing complex, multi-workstreamprograms. 
  • Strong businessacumen, creative problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and desire & ability tolearn. 
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical skills 
  • Expert knowledge of SQL -excited about opportunities tooptimize/tune queries joining datasets with billions of rows andoptimizeperformance. 
  • Knowledge of Hadoop (Presto/Spark), git, & Tableau 
  • Ability toprovidea business lens to analytical and technicalproblems. 
  • Ability to build alliances across thecompany.

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
