Job description

Client Success Manager

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Client Success Manager with a legal background to support one of our UAE-based partner firms. This is a part-time remote role (approximately 60 hours per month) requiring a highly organized legal professional who excels in coordination, structure, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a lawyer or paralegal, with exposure to the UAE legal environment. This role is operational and coordination-focused — it does not involve providing legal advice or assuming legal responsibility. You will act as the central bridge between clients, delivery lawyers, and external service providers, ensuring smooth onboarding, structured matter progression, proactive communication, and high-quality client experience throughout the lifecycle of each matter.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including coordination of KYC documentation and AML compliance.
  • Prepare and issue engagement letters within agreed timelines.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between clients, lawyers, and external service providers.
  • Track all active matters to ensure deadlines are met and no follow-ups are missed.
  • Maintain client response times within 24 hours.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery obstacles to prevent delays.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurately saved and structured within SharePoint and firm systems.
  • Maintain 100% matter visibility and tracking through Microsoft Planner.
  • Oversee client offboarding to ensure deliverables are completed, feedback is collected, and matters are formally closed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of matter management workflows and internal process documentation.

Important Clarification: This role does not provide legal advice, does not assume legal responsibility, and does not handle billing or collections.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Law is mandatory.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a lawyer or paralegal.
  • At least 1 year of experience within the UAE legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal matter lifecycle management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (client-facing role).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner (or similar task management tools).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong accountability, professionalism, and discretion.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package (paid in foreign currency).
  • Fully remote, part-time flexibility (approximately 60 hours per month).
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior legal leadership in the UAE.
  • Exposure to high-level legal operations and structured matter management systems.
  • Ongoing professional development in legal operations and client success management.

Join our growing network of top-tier legal professionals and contribute to delivering structured, high-quality legal services to international clients. If you are passionate about operational excellence within the legal sector and enjoy building systems that drive client satisfaction, we encourage you to apply. Note: Only candidates who make it to our shortlist will be contacted for further discussions. Teams Squared is a proud equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are consistently committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
