Common remote roles include IT, marketing, customer support, and consulting, often requiring strong digital communication skills.

Job Description

To support the continued growth of Nexthink, we're expanding our Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team with additional talent across North America.

The Solution Consulting organization exists to create and deliver compelling value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts — connecting technical capability directly to business outcomes.

In this role, you will support the local sales territory in exceeding its revenue goals by providing hands-on presales support to new and existing customers. You'll partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to understand business priorities and align your work with the needs of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Business Value Leadership

  • Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and thought leader - internally and externally championing the business value of the Nexthink Platform
  • Help the sales team qualify leads by applying deep product knowledge to address customer business issues and demonstrate value
  • Show how Nexthink solutions support broader customer initiatives and translate into measurable business outcomes

Stakeholder & Account Engagement

  • Engage stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to surface use cases where Nexthink delivers value — drawing on strong account management skills and genuine enthusiasm for introducing disruptive technology
  • Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions, using industry knowledge to keep deals moving forward
  • Run and facilitate value-based workshops that help prospects fully understand how Nexthink addresses their strategic priorities and major challenges

Brand & Community Impact

  • Represent Nexthink as a speaker at key company events and marketing activities
  • Evangelize for Nexthink both internally and externally as a recognized thought leader

This is a field-based role requiring domestic travel to client sites across the Northeast Region (NY or Boston), with occasional travel to other Nexthink locations across the USA and internationally.

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management
    • Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions
    • Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-, release-, or change-related projects
    • ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines
    • Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments
  • Strong business acumen — able to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, with the judgment to know when to escalate
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the presence to engage senior leaders and executives
  • A team player who thrives on finding solutions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
