About our client

We are working with a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by substantial long‑term capital and an institutional mandate across private equity and real assets. The firm operates with a disciplined, committee‑driven investment framework and partners closely with top‑tier sponsors, advisors, and management teams globally. As the platform continues to scale, they are looking to appoint a Vice President to play a key role within their investment team.

What the job involves
  • Supporting the team head in shaping investment views, capital allocation priorities, and portfolio construction decisions
  • Leading evaluation of new investment opportunities, including underwriting oversight, valuation logic, scenario analysis, and portfolio impact assessment
  • Guiding diligence and execution processes in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
  • Leading industry, market, and thematic research to inform investment strategy and opportunity assessment
  • Overseeing portfolio monitoring for designated investments, identifying performance trends, risks, and value‑creation opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting investment materials, portfolio reviews, and recommendations to Investment Committees and senior governance forums
