Vice President of Sales – Jamco Global Interiors Group

Global Head of Marketing & Product Innovation/Commercial Aviation Interiors

Jamco is seeking a Global Vice President of Sales-Jamco Interiors Group, candidate may be based in one of the following locations: US, India, Italy, France, Japan, Philippines, Germany and UAE.

About the Role

Jamco Interiors Group is seeking a Vice President of Sales (VP Sales) to lead all global airline sales activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this executive role is responsible for driving customer-focused sales strategies, leading a high-performing global sales team, and expanding Jamco’s presence across the commercial aviation cabin interiors market.

The VP Sales will build and maintain strong airline customer relationships, anticipate future customer needs, and deliver tailored cabin interior solutions. This role requires deep industry expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to collaborate across international teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Jamco Interiors Group’s global airline sales organization, overseeing all airline customer engagements
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level customer relationships while championing a customer-first mindset
  • Identify future airline requirements and position Jamco’s full product portfolio, including:
    • Lavatories
    • Galleys and galley inserts
    • Seats
    • Window shades
    • Interior retrofits and other cabin interior solutions
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in cabin interior design to proactively support customer needs
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Jamco’s overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business goals
  • Lead customer engagement efforts, including securing new contracts and expanding existing programs
  • Partner closely with Program Management and RFQ teams to deliver competitive, accurate, and timely proposals
  • Support development of marketing and forecasting plans, identifying growth opportunities by customer and product line
  • Effectively support ongoing airline programs to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team of approximately 10 Sales Directors
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams across Jamco group companies, including Iacobucci and Aerospace Technologies Group
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development of the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Qualifications & Experience Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 20 years of commercial aviation experience
  • At least 10 years of airline sales experience
  • At least 5 years of airline cabin interiors experience
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships at senior levels
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical content clearly
  • Strong contract negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
  • Professional presence and customer-facing credibility
Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel globally up to 75% of the time
