📍 Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California

OutSystems is seeking a Principal Product Manager to help lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our emerging AI Agent platform, Agent Workbench. You'll be a part of cross-functional teams and define how agents and agentic-enabled applications can simplify, automate, and accelerate the transformation of an organization's business.

  • Lead the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs.

  • Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features.

  • Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products.

Salary Range (base): $215k - $222k
