Job Description
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events

  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Qualifications
  • Minimum one-year experience as an executive assistant preferred, but not required

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and change priorities on a dime

  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong sense of integrity and discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions

  • Demonstrated competency in resolving complex problems with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to take initiative and know when to escalate challenging situations

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to tackle opportunities and challenges with a positive attitude

  • Experience in event planning is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills
