The role reviews APDs, provides detailed feedback, drafts CMS submittal letters, and ensures all materials meet federal expectations. It requires strong stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and technical communication skills. The APD Writer translates complex information into clear, accessible documentation and collaborates with project teams, technical teams, vendors, and budget offices to produce well structured, timely APDs aligned with CMS guidelines and program requirements.
