Job description

Harborside Senior Living is currently seeking a professional, compassionate, and motivated Senior Living Advisor to join our growing team.

The Senior Living Advisor will serve as a key liaison between families, healthcare professionals, and our assisted living community by helping guide prospective residents through the placement and admissions process.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in:

  • Social Work
  • Healthcare Marketing
  • Case Management
  • Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing
  • Home Health or Hospice
  • Community Outreach
  • Senior Services

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare providers
  • Assist families with identifying appropriate senior living solutions
  • Coordinate tours, follow-up communication, and admissions support
  • Serve as a trusted resource throughout the transition process
  • Support community outreach and referral development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Healthcare or senior living experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional demeanor with a compassionate approach to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
