Job Summary:
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a technology consulting Services company based in Florida. They are seeking a Project Analyst/Project Scheduler to manage technology projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple IT programs and projects across the enterprise.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and quality processes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and manage weekly program/project status reporting.
• Create and maintain project documentation including policies, procedures, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Create and maintain project sites in SharePoint within the EPPM system.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) on status reports, documentation, and deliverables.
• Track project baselines, estimates-to-complete, and variance reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support operational readiness reviews and implementation activities.
• Participate in vendor proposal evaluation, RFP documentation, and ongoing support planning.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience/training.
• 7+ years of hands-on Program/Project Management experience from initiation through implementation using formal methodologies.
• 7+ years of technology management, analysis, or administration experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience using: MS Project Office Professional, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, Project management platforms such as Microsoft Project Server (EPM), Primavera, or similar
Preferred:
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Project Server (EPM) or similar enterprise PM tools.
• PMP Certification preferred
