Link Solutions is seeking a Project Management Officeย (PMO)ย Support Specialist to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Theย Project Management Officeย (PMO)ย Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution, compliance, and quality control of ongoing ITSS efforts. The selected candidate will work closely with the ARL ITSS Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions that support mission success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects under the general direction of the Program Manager.
  • Assist with the development, tracking, and execution of project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Support contract administration, reporting, and documentation in line with contractual and organizational standards.
  • Monitor project deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and updates to internal and government stakeholders.
  • Interface with technical, business, and support teams to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist with vendor integration tasks and track vendor deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and maintain project documentation.
  • Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure compliance with DoD and ARL-specific requirements.

Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen.ย 
  • Must have an active DoDย Secret Clearance.
  • Must have eitherย at least five (5+) years of relevant experience in project coordination, program control, or contract administration within a technical or government contracting environment, orย a BA/BS degree or an AA degree with an additional two (2+) years of experience in a related field.
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher perย DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,ย GICSP,ย GSEC, SSCP, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • A problem solver and troubleshooterย who thrives in resolvingย complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.ย 

Salary Range:ย $61,000 - $102,000

Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.
