ValidaTek is searching for a MAC Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of network modifications, additions, and changes to a large DoD IT infrastructure program providing a common view for all enterprise-wide users. 


In this role, the MAC Lead will:

  • Drive the process for network moves, adds, and changes to ensure minimal disruption to operations and network integrity.
  • Conduct assessments and documentation of current infrastructure configuration to facilitate changes as requested.
  • Develop the process to track and execute all MACs, focused on process improvement and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements and policies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the MAC team, driving performance as well as meeting and exceeding customer service level agreements.

Operate as the point of contact for customer leadership and stakeholders and maintain ultimate responsibility for the MAC process.


To be considered for this position, all candidates must have:

  • 7+ years of experience working with and 3+ years managing network moves, additions, and changes in a cleared DoD environment.
  • In depth knowledge of network infrastructure as well as ITSM best practices.
  • Proven project management skills with the best candidates having a current PMP.
  • Current Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
  • All candidates must have a current TS/SCI clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

USD $95,577.60/Yr.
USD $159,296.00/Yr.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
