Connectivity Delivery Specialist


Department: Operations | Reports To: Solutions Architect | Location: Remote, All U.S. Time Zones | Full-Time


Overview Hyper Networks helps companies make smarter technology decisions across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, connectivity, and AI automation. As a Connectivity Delivery Specialist, you'll own the post-sale delivery of internet circuits and network products end to end, from order placement through activation and support handoff. You're the primary point of contact making sure every delivery goes smoothly and every carrier commitment gets kept.


What You'll Do • Secure competitive quotes from carriers, suppliers, and vendors for network, voice, internet, and solution services • Own the full order lifecycle from quote to activation: new installs, moves, adds, changes, disconnects (MACDs), renewals, and cancellations • Manage carrier Firm Order Commitment (FOC) dates, flag slipping timelines early, and pursue delivery credits when carriers miss commitments • Keep HubSpot updated daily with order status, tasks, and stakeholder communication • Track SLA adherence and order cycle time, escalating jeopardy items before they hit delivery • Be the calm, steady voice for clients through every delivery and set them up for a clean handoff to support • Use our AI platform (currently Claude) to cut manual work and speed up reporting


What You Bring • 2+ years of experience in the telecom industry, ideally in a client-facing delivery or project coordination role • Hands-on knowledge of carrier provisioning workflows, FOC dates, and MACD order types. This is not a role to learn on the job • Direct experience with major carriers (Lumen, AT&T, Verizon, Comcast Business, Spectrum, Cox Business) or TSD platforms (Telarus, Avant, Intelisys) • Comfortable with CRM or project management tools (HubSpot preferred) • Obsessively organized, disciplined, and a strong communicator under pressure • Bachelor's degree preferred
